Sarah Alridge

Hi, I'm Sarah, a Virtual Assistant and founder of SLA Virtual 👋 I help small, owner-led businesses with their background admin. This includes email management, data, documents, processes and systems. I also provide legal admin support to consultant solicitors. I've been an Administrator since 2014 and it didn't take me long to realise it's work I genuinely love doing. I enjoy being organised, working with data and documents, finding solutions and creating processes that make life easier for others. In 2020, I decided to take the leap and become a Virtual Assistant. I wanted to use my experience to work with different businesses, build relationships with business owners and, most importantly, make a real difference to the people behind those businesses. My clients didn't start their businesses just to get bogged down with admin. I'm passionate about providing meaningful support that allows them to focus on what's important, grow their business, reduce overwhelm or have a better work/life balance. Although I love what I do, building SLA Virtual from scratch has been a huge learning curve. Running a business has pushed me outside my comfort zone, taught me a lot about resilience and given me the confidence to keep growing. Being nominated for these awards is a lovely reminder of how far I've come. I'm proud of what I've built, excited about what's still to come and incredibly grateful to be recognised alongside so many other talented women!
